The water nymph of Albegna

The Albegna River flows through the quiet Tuscan town of Roccalbegna, creating a breathtaking scenery, filling pools formed by enormous boulders. The fresh mountain water flows level by level, making the scene both dramatic and serene. Due to its challenging location, access to the water is only possible at specific spots, adding a touch of mystery. It‘s a magical moment where you might believe you hear splashes or catch a glimpse of sparkling wet skin of a water nymphs disappearing behind the lush lianas.
